アステラス製薬株式会社（本社：東京、代表取締役社長CEO：安川 健司、以下「アステラス製薬」）は、6月3～7日開催の2022年米国臨床腫瘍学会（American Society of Clinical Oncology: ASCO）年次総会および6月9～12日開催の2022年欧州血液学会（European Hematology Association: EHA）年次総会において、がん領域ポートフォリオのデータを発表します。
がん領域の製品と開発候補品に関して、前立腺がん、膵臓腺がん、尿路上皮がん、急性骨髄性白血病（Acute myeloid leukemia: AML）を含む進行がんおよび希少がんに対する治療の選択肢拡大につながる13の演題を発表する予定です。ゾルベツキシマブについて、Claudin18.2陽性の膵臓腺がんを対象とした第II相試験に関する発表は、今回が初めてです。
2022年のASCO年次総会のハイライトは以下の通りです。
- Claudin18.2陽性の転移性膵臓腺がん患者の治験中一次治療として、nab-パクリタキセルおよびゲムシタビンと、ゾルベツキシマブとの併用を評価した拡張第II相非盲検無作為化試験の概要
- 白金製剤を含む化学療法およびPD-1またはPD-L1阻害剤による治療歴のある局所進行性または転移性尿路上皮がん患者を対象に、エンホルツマブ ベドチンと化学療法とを比較した第III相試験（EV-301試験）の長期（24カ月）データ
- 転移性ホルモン感受性前立腺がん（metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer: mHSPC）患者を対象に、エンザルタミドとアンドロゲン除去療法（Androgen Deprivation Therapy: ADT）併用投与群と、プラセボとADT併用投与群とを比較した第III相ARCHES試験の4つの事後解析
