Formulation
Each prolonged-release capsule contains:
Tacrolimus (as monohydrate) 500 mcg, 1mg or 5mg
Indication
- For the prophylaxis of transplant rejection in adult kidney or liver allograft recipients.
- For the treatment of allograft rejection resistant to treatment with other immunosuppressive
medicinal products in adult patients.
Dosage
Advagraf® is a once-a-day oral formulation of tacrolimus or as prescribed by a physician.
Contraindication
Contraindicated in patients with a hypersensitivity to tacrolimus.
