Organizational culture is widely recognized as impacting employee engagement, innovation, productivity, collaboration and retention; and therefore the organization’s customer experience, profitability, and reputation. A patient centric culture focuses the organization on providing value for patients and purpose for employees, integrating patient insights and a focus on positive patient outcomes across the entire organization.
At the heart of our patient centric culture lies our purpose of improving the lives of patients and their families each and every day, and in living our purpose to do so. This is epitomized in our HEART Video.
Building a truly patient centric culture requires transforming from a passive to an active cultural approach that is operationalized through Patient Centricity initiatives. C&I leads a robust portfolio of programs to practically support every employee at Astellas to develop, execute and share their patient centric purpose and impact.
