  • Base Salary
    Astellas offers our people market competitive base salaries, that are reviewed annually. We aim to maintain market competitiveness in each local market to attract and retain our top talent.

  • Short-Term Incentive Plan (STI)
    Non-sales employees are eligible for the annual STI plan, a yearly incentive plan designed to reward Company achievements and Individual performance each year.

  • Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
    Sales employees are eligible for the quarterly SIP plan, an incentive plan designed to reward sales target achievements.

  • Recognition
    The Shining Stars Recognition Platform provides a global platform where employees may recognize colleagues by acknowledging and appreciating their behaviors, efforts, or results and reward exemplary and extraordinary contributions to the organization.
