Changing Tomorrow Day 2018: Solidarity for Earthquake and Tsunami Victims in Central Sulawesi

JAKARTAOn September 28th, 2018, the west coast of Sulawesi island was hit by a 7.4 magnitude earthquake, followed by tsunami. The epicenter was 26 km north of Donggala and 80 km northwest of the city of Palu with a depth of 10 km. The earthquake shock was felt in Donggala regency, Palu city, Parigi Moutong regency, Sigi regency, Poso regency, Mamuju regency, even in Samarinda city, Balikpapan city, and Makassar city. More than 2,000 people died, around 10,000 were injured, more than 600 people went missing, and more than 80,000 was forced to flee.

As a form of solidarity towards those impacted by the disaster in Central Sulawesi, PT Astellas Pharma Indonesia conducted Changing Tomorrow (CT) Day on October 10th, 2018. On this CT Day 2018, employees of PT Astellas Pharma Indonesia collected donation in the form of cash and decent used clothing, also sorting and packaging all the collected clothes.
