MARKHAM, ON, March 8, 2022 –Astellas Pharma Canada, Inc. has been named to the 2022 list of Best Workplaces™ for Women by Great Place to Work® for the seventh time in a row in addition to being named this year to the inaugural Best Workplace™ for Hybrid Work list."Today, on International Women’s Day, it is an especially great honour to be recognized again as a Best Workplace™ for Women,” said Frank Stramaglia, General Manager, Astellas Pharma Canada. The ranking of Best Workplaces™ for Women is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees must agree that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender.
