Astellas Pharma Canada, Inc. named a Best Workplace™ for Women
This is the sixth consecutive year Astellas has been named to the List of Best Workplace™ for Women.
MARKHAM, ON, March 23, 2021 – Astellas Pharma Canada, Inc. has been recognized on the 2021 list of the Best Workplaces™ for Women by Great Place to Work® for the sixth year in a row.

The ranking of Best Workplaces™ for Women is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees and at least 90 per cent of employees must feel that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender. Finalists are selected based on the overall Trust Index score received from female respondents, as well as company’s programs and practices that promote the fair treatment and advancement of women.
