Strategic Sourcing is a discipline which applies a pragmatic level of due diligence to strategic, organizational expenditures.
In general, the strategic sourcing process spans the steps of opportunity identification, market assessment, supplier identification and prequalification, requirements and scope definition, request for proposal (RFP) facilitation, supplier selection, pricing and terms negotiation and contracting process facilitation. Other key steps after the sourcing process is completed include program implementation and ongoing supplier management.

If your company is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HUB Zone, veteran-owned or service-disabled veteran-owned small business please forward your Business Classification Form and certification to: Business Classification
Small Business: To qualify as a small business, a business concern must be eligible for assistance from the federal SBA as a small business that is organized for profit and has a place of business located in the United States. It must operate primarily within the United States or make a significant contribution to the U.S. economy through payment of taxes or use of American products, material or labor. Together with its affiliates, it must meet the numerical size standards as defined in the Small Business Size Regulations 13 CFR 121. Supplier classification requires only self-certification.
