Astellas is a member of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries Associations (“EFPIA”) and follows the EFPIA 2014 Disclosure Code (“EFPIA Disclosure Code”).
The EFPIA Disclosure Code requires all member companies to document and disclose certain Transfers of Value that they make, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) or Scientific Health Institutions (SHI) (“Disclosure”).
The EFPIA Disclosure Code is implemented in Greece by the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE) and in Cyprus by the Cyprus Association of Pharmaceutical Research and Development Companies (KEFEA).
Astellas discloses all Transfers of Value to Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Scientific Health Institutions (SHI), in accordance with its commitment to the EFPIA Disclosure Code and any applicable legislation of Greece, Cyprus and Malta, respectively.
