Pre-Approved List of Congresses and Medical Meetings

Astellas supports the education and training of healthcare professionals (HCPs) worldwide, including the sharing of the latest scientific information presented at national and international congresses. 

Eligible healthcare organizations (HCOs) may submit grant applications to support HCP registration at the congresses listed below. Should you wish to submit a grant application for a medical education event or other medical meeting not listed below, please consult the requirements on the application form. 

A maximum of 10 HCPs can be funded through each grant request. The HCO is only eligible to receive grants for HCP congress attendance two times per fiscal year (April to March) per therapeutic area. Current therapeutic areas that Astellas Pharma (Thailand) Co., Ltd. supports include: 

  • Oncology 

  • Haematology 

  • Urology 

  • Immunology (including Transplantation)

  • Women's Health

Grant funds are available for both virtual and in-person registration (with related travel/accommodation expenses) for domestic (in-country) congresses, including but not limited to:

  • TTS Mid-year Congress

  • TUA Annual Congress

Grant funds are available for both virtual and in-person registration only for international (out-of-country) congresses, including but not limited to: 

  • ASCO Congress

  • ASCO GI Congress

  • ASCO GU Congress

  • ASH Congress

  • AUA Congress

  • EAU Congress

  • EHA Congress

  • ESMO Asia Congress

  • ESMO Congress

  • ESOT Congress

  • ILTS Congress
