アステラス製薬株式会社（本社：東京、代表取締役社長CEO：安川 健司、以下「アステラス製薬」）は、2021年6月4日から8日にかけて開催される2021年米国臨床腫瘍学会 （American Society of Clinical Oncology: ASCO）年次総会において、がん領域ポートフォリオにおけるデータを発表します。
アステラス製薬は、3つの製品と1つの開発候補品に関して、尿路上皮がん、前立腺がん、急性骨髄性白血病（Acute myeloid leukemia: AML）、胃腺がん・食道胃接合部（Gastroesophageal Junction: GEJ）腺がんなどの難治性がんに対する治療の選択肢拡大につながる12の演題を発表する予定です。主な発表は以下の通りです。
- 進行性尿路上皮がん患者を対象としたエンホルツマブ ベドチンの第III相EV-301試験におけるQOL（生活の質）の調査結果、EV-201試験コホート2における有効性および安全性の最新解析データ、および、エンホルツマブ ベドチンとペムブロリズマブを併用したEV-103試験の持続性および長期アウトカムの最新データ
- 進行性前立腺がん治療における人種差、および進行性前立腺がん患者のリアルワールドにおける治療パターンに関する研究
- 再発または難治性のFLT3遺伝子変異陽性AML患者を対象にギルテリチニブを評価した第III相ADMIRAL試験のフォローアップデータ
- Claudin18.2陽性の局所進行性または転移性胃腺がんおよび食道胃接合部腺がん患者を対象にゾルベツキシマブとmFOLFOX6の併用を評価した第II相試験のデータ
