The United Nations Global Compact
Astellas practices the United Nations Global Compact by CSR-based management
In October 2011, Astellas declared our support for the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), which consists of the ten principles advocated by the UN on human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption.
The declaration is based on our commitment to CSR-based management, which is to realize our business philosophy “contribute toward improving the health of people around the world through the provision of innovative and reliable pharmaceutical products”. We will incorporate the ten principles advocated by the UN into our daily business activities and disclose its activities through reports, website, etc.
