TOKYO, August 1, 2024 – Astellas Pharma Inc. (TSE: 4503, President and CEO: Naoki Okamura, “Astellas”) today announced that it booked ¥5.5 billion in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024 for change in the fair value of contingent consideration for zolbetuximab, mainly due to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates, as other expenses.
The above is reflected in the financial results of Astellas for the first three months of FY2024 which was announced today.
