United Nations Global Compact

CSR practice in the management spirit of the Global Compact

Astellas has expressed support for the UN Global Compact consists of 10 principles on environment and anti-corruption, human rights, labor standards advocated by the United Nations in October 2011.

Signing of the UN Global Compact is intended to support the management of Astellas CSR have been in order to achieve "in the pharmaceutical and reliable tip, contribute to the health of people around the world" to our business philosophy. The United Nations Global Compact

Principle 8: Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and
Principle 9: Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
