MARKHAM, ON, March 24, 2020 – Astellas Pharma Canada, Inc. has been named as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women and has proudly made it to the list compiled by Great Place to Work® for the fifth year in a row.

The Best Workplaces™ for Women list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®.
To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees feel that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of their gender. Finalists are selected based on the overall Trust Index score received from female respondents, as well as company’s programs and practices that promote the fair treatment and advancement of women.
