Draw Tomorrow ~The Picture Book Project~
Astellas launched the “Draw Tomorrow ~The Picture Book Project~,” an activity to distribute original picture books to children at medical agencies such as children's hospitals and welfare facilities.
In this project, Astellas collaborates with successful picture book authors around the world to create dream-inspiring picture books on the theme of “Changing tomorrow.”
Thirteen original drawings from the picture book uploaded on the website for one year from October 2008 can be appreciated here (before its publication). Enjoy this adorable world expressed in paper cutouts.

A small ant walking at your feet… dandelion puffs blowing in the wind…
All things--even those that do not seem special--are brought into existence through a series of miracles. No matter how tiny they look, their lives are precious and invaluable.
We believe that thinking about the tomorrow of such precious lives will make our own tomorrow even more rich.
We hope that this picture book will be read by a great many people and will arouse their sympathy.
